- 5–10 years of experience managing and growing Walmart business, with established relationships with Walmart leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus.
- Proven expertise in eCommerce growth, digital retail strategies, promotional planning, and category management.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with experience using tools like IRI/Circana, Luminate, and Excel (Power BI preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of retail management systems, forecasting, and trade spend optimization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on urgency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with merchandising standards, market trends, and innovation in the CPG industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
