Description

The Co-Packing Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of the shipper program with external third-party service providers. This includes ensuring that all resources are available based on the times of the commercial plan and monitoring progress to ensure the timely and accurate production of shippers ready for display at sales points. The Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate shipper program information and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.

 

What Will I Be Doing

  • Plan and coordinate the execution of the shipper program with external third-party service providers
  • Ensure that all resources are available and ready for use based on the times outlined in the commercial plan
  • Monitor the progress of the production process and identify any issues or delays
  • Provide Invoices to Accounting
  • Work closely with all co-packers to ensure the inbound/outbound
  • Maintain accurate shipper program information, including production schedules, costs, and resource allocation
  • Strong passion for customer service and logistics excellence
  • Follow up with Customer service as needed
  • Create KPIs showing the performance of the area
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Improve processes to be in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and service standards
  • Responsible for following all aspects of company safety rules and procedures including helping informing management of any unsafe conditions.
  • Follow all working guideline instructed by the Barcel USA.
  • Resolves problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions.

Qualifications

What Is Expected Of Me

  • Bachelor’s degree Required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize
  • Able to work independently and accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, completing deadline driven environment.
  • Rely on experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals
