Description

Job Purpose

The individual in this role is responsible for driving eCommerce commercial sales across key national retailers, overseeing the end-to-end execution of omnichannel search and display programs. This includes collaborating with customers, sales teams, brand marketing, agencies, and cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless strategy implementation at the customer level. The position requires managing relationships with key retail media teams (such as Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing, and Roundel) and leveraging advanced tools and technologies to optimize eCommerce performance in the consumable CPG sector.

Essential Function

  • Responsible for eCommerce commercial sales across key national retailers  
  • Manage account-specific omnichannel search and display programs from inception to implementation through collaboration with customers, sales, brand marketing, agency, and other cross functional leaders to ensure the strategy is executed at the customer level.
  • Manage relationships with key retail media teams (e.g. Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing, Roundel)
  • Be proficient with tools & technology to win in eCommerce across consumable CPGs
  • Drive retailer paid search relevance improvement across customers
  • Understand and report on metrics & tracking
  • Work with eCommerce Marketing Lead and eAnalytics lead on increasing conversion
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, advertising, search, Consumer Relationship Management, etc.

Qualifications

What is expected of me:

  • Knowledge of CPG and eCommerce (3+ years)
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong financial background
  • Both Warehouse/Direct and DSD experience preferred
  • Power User Excel & Power point
  • Ability to deliver compelling & persuasive presentations
  • Ability to gather insights from data & translate them into compelling stories
  • Strong collaborator, team-oriented
  • Ability to build working relationships at customers(retailers)
