Description

What Will I Be Doing

  • Build working relationships with corporate level Club customers, Buying teams, Customer Replenishment teams and above
  • Meet & exceed aggressive sales targets
  • Lead Barcel USA’s strategy, long and short term, in Club Channel
  • Grow Barcel In-Store presence, including new & existing product growth
  • Maximize revenue while adhering to Barcel USA’s trade budget & promotional guardrail requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute Club specific initiatives
  • P&L responsibility for customers
  • Foster relationships with key customer contacts across multiple departments as needed.
  • Work in partnership with shared resources assigned to this position
  • Compliance with Barcel USA policies and procedures

What Is Expected of Me

  • Knowledge of Club Channel and/or Grocery in a CPG environment (4 + years)
  • Career trajectory of delivering results and increasing responsibility
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and persuade. 
  • Warehouse/CDC experience preferred
  • Power User Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to deliver compelling & persuasive presentations
  • Ability to gather insights from data & translate them into convincing stories
  • Strong collaborator, team-oriented
