Job purpose

Support the change management efforts for new and sustained learning programs. Build strong relationships with internal partners including the global L&D team and support the broader learning and people agenda. Work cross-functionally to develop L&D programs and advise on relevant learning methods fit for purpose, through continuous development and innovation of our global learning approaches and training methods. Partner with different functions to anticipate and build competencies for succession planning and career development. Leverage learning technology to simplify, streamline and accelerate the development of our associates.

Duties and responsibilities

 • Manage group and individual training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in a specified field

• Support with onboarding process for newly hired associates and act as culture ambassador to support a positive associate experience

• Evaluates training curricula and/or recommends vendor programs to meet instructional goals and objectives

•Coordinate with business partners to ensure all associates complete required training

• Track completed trainings for all associates in our internal Learning Management System

• Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that meet our objectives

 • Creates reports and or dashboards to report out learning, talent and performance indicators

 • Acts as an ambassador for promoting our in-house learning portal, courses and internal platforms

 • Evaluates effectiveness of training programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in training practices and methods.

 • Supports associate engagement and retention initiatives

 • Coordinate and facilitate training content virtually and in-person to all levels of the organization

• Host meetings and presentations to key stakeholders on learning programs and solutions

• Maintains documentation, including training logs, sign in sheets, and electronic signatures to verify training completion and ensure this information is logged into GBU

 • Provide weekly system report for access to our internal Learning Management system

• May lead, guide and train associates in a variety of topics supporting our learning objectives and goals.

Qualifications

Education & Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Learning Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field

 • 4-6 years of experience designing and developing blended learning programs, self-directed, instructor led (ILT), computer-based training (CBT)

•Project Management experience in a global organization, having partnered across multiple functions at once

•Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline and Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred)

•Experience writing clear, compelling, and concise training content

 •Experience working with diverse types of learners across career stages

 •Experience working and managing external vendors

•Ability to work independently and to effectively manage time and priorities

•Excellent written and oral communication skills

 •Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically with Excel, Power point, Word, other software knowledge highly desired Alchemy, Oracle, Cornerstone

• Must be able to work flexible work schedules, when necessary, with minimum advanced notice
