Education & Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in Learning Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience designing and developing blended learning programs, self-directed, instructor led (ILT), computer-based training (CBT)
•Project Management experience in a global organization, having partnered across multiple functions at once
•Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline and Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred)
•Experience writing clear, compelling, and concise training content
•Experience working with diverse types of learners across career stages
•Experience working and managing external vendors
•Ability to work independently and to effectively manage time and priorities
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically with Excel, Power point, Word, other software knowledge highly desired Alchemy, Oracle, Cornerstone
• Must be able to work flexible work schedules, when necessary, with minimum advanced notice
