Description

Essential Functions: 

- Drives the work of assigned project teams to build bridges and find collaborative solutions among departments, applying the Agile mindset.

- Manages the successful delivery of assigned projects due to exceptional planning and execution identifying root causes in project timelines and risk assessments. - Make recommendations as needed to ensure the successful execution of assigned projects.

- Adept at navigating complex projects, sometimes with a high degree of ambiguity, and applying the appropriate project management methodologies (Agile &  Agile Fall) to deliver project outcomes.

- Works with the PMO to develop, translate, and drive the vision and business strategy through the execution of strategic projects.

- Train teams on the Barcel USA Agile Mindset & Behaviors to boost the Agile Transformation.

Organizational Culture:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coaching multidisciplinary teams to achieve their goals by sharing a strategic vision, providing recommendations for efficiencies, trying new ways of working, and helping to solve problems by finding the best solution together.

Will support different teams leading multiple projects using frameworks such as Scrum & Agile. Acting as a change agent, promoting collaboration among teams, and helping them remove barriers while encouraging others to transform how they manage their day-to-day work.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Knowledge

- 2-3 years of experience working as Project Coordinator.

- Associate Level College/University Degree or Equivalent Experience

- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and processes.

- Agile Project Management knowledge (usage of Agile techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc.)

- Change Management experience is preferred.

- Outstanding Verbal & Written Communication Skills

- Ability to do public speaking and to train big groups.

- Comfortable Leading Cross-Functional Teams

- Ability to Lead and Motivate Others

- Conflict Management

- Exceptional Attention to Detail

- Possesses the Ability to quickly learn and become comfortable with uncertain environments & new ways of working.

- Strong Organizational, Problem Solving, & Time-Management Skills

- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business goals.

- Experience working with Office and Project Management software.
