Education/Experience/Knowledge
- 2-3 years of experience working as Project Coordinator.
- Associate Level College/University Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and processes.
- Agile Project Management knowledge (usage of Agile techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc.)
- Change Management experience is preferred.
- Outstanding Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Ability to do public speaking and to train big groups.
- Comfortable Leading Cross-Functional Teams
- Ability to Lead and Motivate Others
- Conflict Management
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Possesses the Ability to quickly learn and become comfortable with uncertain environments & new ways of working.
- Strong Organizational, Problem Solving, & Time-Management Skills
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business goals.
- Experience working with Office and Project Management software.
