Description

Essential Functions

  • Achieve a strong competitive position in the US market for Popcornopolis Brand.
  • Development a short and long term brand strategy for Popcornopolis.
  • Manage the P&L to ensure consistent delivery of results in Revenue, Profits, and Investment.
  • Lead the geographical and channel expansion in the US of the brand, ensuring business consolidation in each channel and market.
  • Anticipate demand to ensure supply and monitor the evolution of the brand.
  • Integrated Marketing Plan development and implementation with cross functional areas.
  • Ensure alignment with the Global brand strategy.
  • Creative & Media Agency Management
  • Strategic alignment with Operations and Supply Chain to deliver commercial plan.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Knowledge

  • Bachelor´s degree, in Business / Marketing preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Business/Marketing/Sales experience.
  • Business Administration or MBA desirable
  • Advanced analytical experience, including syndicated data and Microsoft office.
  • Travel availability - up to 30%

COMPETENCIES

Education

  • MBA preferred
  • Strong financial background

Experience

  • Experience managing people (8+ years)
  • Commercial / strategy experience preferred
  • Build working relationships at C-suite levels of customers
  • Career trajectory of delivering results above industry average, and increasing responsibility

Knowledge

  • CPG environment (8+ years)
  • Deliver compelling & persuasive presentations
  • Strong collaborator, team-oriented
  • Negotiation and problem-solving
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
