Job Coach

Location: Arlington Heights

Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 7:00am/8:00am-3:30pm/4:30pm (40hrs)

Pay: $21.57/hr; PAID Training

+ Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time staff receive total of $2,000 in bonuses the first year of employment with us!

Job Responsibilities: 

• The Job Coach is responsible for training and supervising clients at their community based employment sites. 
• Transport clients to and from the job site on a PACE vehicle. 
• Serve as a liaison between employer and the clients at the job site. 
• Maintain necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age
