Relevant Studios is a small but mighty in-house agency based in New Orleans, LA and Malden, MA, specializing in helping brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. We provide marketing strategy, creative content, and media placement for clients—many of whom are regional food brands looking to elevate their presence. As a tight-knit team, we wear many hats and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns that drive results.

The Digital Marketing & Media Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing Relevant Studios’ marketing strategies across both digital and traditional media. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, optimizing and reporting on campaigns across multiple channels—including digital advertising, social media, print, broadcast, and out-of-home. The ideal candidate has experience working with food brands and understands how to craft engaging campaigns that resonate with audiences.

As part of a small, hands-on team, the Digital Marketing & Media Manager must be flexible, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Whether it's brainstorming a creative campaign, fine-tuning ad placements, or analyzing performance data, this role requires a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This job is remote, but office visits are welcomed. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel media strategy across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and audience engagement.
  • Oversee media planning, buying, optimization and reporting across paid social, search, programmatic, print, broadcast, and out-of-home.
  • Manage and enhance a strong digital presence, optimizing website content, user experience, and lead generation strategies.
  • Lead the integration of digital and traditional media across all marketing functions to strengthen brand visibility and connect with target audiences.
  • Work closely with the Chief Digital Officer to develop a content marketing and social media strategy that aligns with research, product marketing, and brand advocacy efforts.
  • Leverage experience with cpg/food brands to create compelling campaigns that drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with teammates across design, communications, and product marketing—jumping in wherever needed to keep projects moving and to 
  • Leverage and respond to consumer insights or touchpoints within media platforms. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree and 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or media planning, with experience in brand communications and consumer engagement
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-platform campaigns, including paid social, search, programmatic, print, television, radio, and outdoor advertising.
  • Experience working in a small-team environment, where adaptability and collaboration across time zones are necessary.
  • A hands-on, problem-solving approach with a willingness to take on diverse tasks and support teammates as needed.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and at all levels of an organization.
  • Preferred: Experience with marketing automation platforms like Tradedesk, Meta or similar tools.
  • Experience with Brandwatch or related platforms  is a plus.
