FabFitFun is looking for a strategic, hands-on Manager, Growth Creative to lead concepting, production, and optimization of performance creative across paid social, YouTube, and emerging channels. You’ll transform insights into thumb-stopping ideas, build and iterate modular assets at speed, and partner closely with Performance Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, and Analytics to drive efficient acquisition and revenue.
Location: This role is based out of our Creative offices in West Hollywood, CA and is not eligible for remote. We are presently operating from a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in-office (Monday–Thursday).
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate and execute growth-creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display as well as briefs, concepts, production, QA, and delivery
- Translate CPA/ROAS and funnel insights into clear creative hypotheses and multivariate tests
- Build modular, rapid-iteration ads (UGC, hooks, CTAs, offers, value props) tailored to each channel and audience
- Develop creator briefs and execute UGC sourcing, direction, and edits to keep a steady pipeline of new ads
- Partner with Performance Marketing on test design, audience fit, and flighting; iterate weekly based on results
- Collaborate with Brand/Design to ensure assets are on-brand while optimized for performance
- Maintain a living library of top performers, learnings, and do-nexts; share crisp creative readouts with stakeholders
- Track competitive and platform trends; pilot new formats (Shop ads, Shorts, Spark, cuts for Stories/Reels) quickly
