What You'll do
We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join our team and shape how we communicate with the people key to our success– our employees.
As the Internal Communications Manager, you’ll work closely with our Chief Human Resources Officer to craft and implement internal communication strategies that ensure alignment, clarity, and a strong sense of connection across the organization. From designing comprehensive communication plans to creating compelling content, you’ll lead the charge in keeping our organization informed, engaged, and empowered.
While this role does not involve direct reports, your expertise will be essential in coordinating communication efforts across departments, leading crisis communication when needed, and managing a range of internal channels to deliver messages that resonate.

Internal Communication Strategy
• Develop a consistent strategy and approach to ensure timely and effective internal communications
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guide and support internal communications for various projects and initiatives.
Internal Communication Execution
• Lead internal communication efforts by creating, assembling, and/or distributing content aimed toward employees for the company intranet, broad email updates, and other internal platforms.
• Establish and manage the company’s intranet to ensure complete, accurate, and engaging content accessible to employees.
Content Creation
• Develop and write content for a variety of internal communications, including intranet messaging, internal memos, presentations, and company announcements.
• Ensure all internal communications are clear, concise, and aligned with the company’s values and messaging.
Crisis Communication
• Lead the development and implementation of crisis communication plans.
• Coordinate disseminating information to employees and other stakeholders during crises or emergencies.
Employee Engagement
• Support change management efforts by ensuring that the organization is clearly and timely communicating with impacted employees.
• Support planning and executing employee enrichment activities to ensure team members’ experiences align with internal messaging.
Qualification & What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 10+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining effective internal communications at an organization
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and other communication software.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize unexpected demands.
• Adaptable to changes in workload while maintaining a professional approach in executing tasks.
• Exhibits resourcefulness to accomplish tasks effectively.
• Exhibits superior ethical and professional standards with all business contacts and co-workers.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of information, demonstrating discretion and professionalism.
