Job Summary/Objective
The Lead Medical Assistant is required to perform all duties of the Medical Assistant and provides guidance to new and current medical assistants on clinical processes. Functions as the resource person to the non-licensed staff, acts as a liaison between the Lead Clinician and back-office staff, maintains an efficient flow of patients for the clinician and keeps management apprised of early personnel issues.
- Salary: $42,761- $64,141
- 100% company paid employee medical insurance and 90% paid vision and dental on the 60th day from date of hire.Â
