Early Childhood Teacher

Bayside Academy seeks an experienced early childhood teacher with knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children, has a professional, nurturing demeanor and is dedicated to the profession. Candidates must be skilled in curriculum implementation and assessment. (S)He must excel at differentiated instructional techniques and understand how to meet all the needs of all students. Individuals are expected to be true team players and must be willing to collaborate with colleagues across all disciplines regularly. Strong communication skills are required, as frequent parent communication is expected. Looking for highly organized and creative teachers with a growth mindset to join our team.

Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education is required.

Current teacher certificate preferred

Teaching experience preferred

Familiarity with the Reggio Emelia philosophy is preferred.
