Description

An Eventscribe Project Manager is responsible for timely execution of implementation projects and services within the Eventscribe product platform.  A Project Manager works with a client to establish and communicate project milestones, maintain project timelines, and coordinate and conduct training for client stakeholders. A Project Manager is also responsible for interpreting a client’s business needs, assisting with the setup and configuration of products, troubleshooting, and quality checking to ensure a client’s successful implementation and efficient use of Cadmium’s products.  Knowledge and understanding of the functionality of Eventscribe products is critical to the success of a person in this role.  A Project Manager must possess excellent customer service skills and a willingness to help. Client satisfaction and retention are the primary goals. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Review client contracts and manage scope of contracted deliverables
  • Provide guidance to clients about implementation steps and action items
  • Establish and maintain implementation timelines
  • Take meeting notes and share with team for collaboration purposes
  • Record and publish details about projects (challenges, use case, etc)
  • Track project milestones using project management software
  • Monitor incoming client communications/ service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain knowledge of evolving products within the Eventscribe product platform
  • Assist with product configurations to meet a client’s needs
  • Troubleshoot and assist in testing reported product issues and new feature functionality
  • Conduct client training
  • Participate as a stakeholder in SCRUM development meetings upon request
  • Conduct new hire training
  • Assist in creation and updating of training documents and training videos
  • Effectively communicate with clients, written and verbal including the use of screen-sharing video technology
  • On an annual basis, establish personal goals that contribute to overall success and efficiency of the team, department, or organization
  • Attend and participate in regularly scheduled internal meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field;
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role or capacity with another technology company
  • Experience in the Event industry is extremely helpful
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with HTML is helpful
  • Experience with Monday.com is helpful
