Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to support key business functions. This role combines core HR operational responsibilities with consultative business partner duties—helping leaders build high-performing teams, guiding workforce planning, providing compensation insights, and supporting a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Serve as the primary HR advisor for the R&D and Operations teams, providing strategic counsel and day-to-day support.
- Coach managers through employee relations matters, performance issues, and conflict resolution with a balanced, solutions-focused approach.
- Collaborate with leaders on initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and team culture.
- Support core HR operations by maintaining and updating employee records and ensuring HRIS data integrity.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate employee training and development programs to support skill growth, compliance, and career advancement.
- Support all aspects of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback processes, and annual reviews.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Partner with Finance and department heads to support salary planning, merit reviews, and promotion processes.
- Leverage HRIS data and dashboards to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Coordinate and execute company-wide events, including employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in accordance with business needs and compliance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
- Support HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
