- Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or a related field is strongly preferred;
- Experience working in Early Childhood Education and/or Family Child Care (FCC);
- Bilingual: English/Spanish is required;
- Ability to work well with adults and children;
- Reliable Transportation is required;
- Must possess the qualifications required for their positions in accordance with EEC regulations;
- Completed CORI, SORI and fingerprint scan in accordance with regulations set forth by the Department of Early Education and Care.
