We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), or Certified Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team as an Admissions Coordinator. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong clinical background and a passion for helping others transition smoothly into care.


Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Includes one weekend day per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and respond professionally to referrals from community partners
  • Conduct thorough clinical reviews and communicate with healthcare agencies
  • Coordinate and complete all required admission documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between hospitals, providers, and internal departments
  • Support nursing and administrative teams with admission-related tasks
  • Maintain organized workflows and meet daily goals efficiently

Qualifications

  • Must hold one of the following credentials: LPN, BSW, or Washington State Certified MA
  • Experience in clinical review or admissions preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented

Pay range is dependent on certification and experience. Candidates who are LPNs, BSWs, or Certified Medical Assistants will be considered, with compensation aligned to their credentials.
