JOB SUMMARY: JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for collecting data from ERP systems, sales figures, and market research to support management evaluation and informed decision-making. Gathers relevant business information and applies statistical and analytical techniques to extract insights, identify patterns, and detect trends within large datasets. Works closely with management and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and helps develop tools for efficiently collecting, organizing, and analyzing information. Supports other duties as required. Onsite position.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure informational accuracy and integrity, generate reports and visualizations for stakeholders and help leadership with strategic planning based on the insights gleaned from their work.
  • Proposes develops and implements dashboards, KPIs, and reports for the organization. Conducts regular ERP audits to identify continuous improvement opportunities and training for end users. Runs and shares regular operation system reports with senior management, department heads, and leads.
  • Supports management to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Creates reports for internal teams, external clients and/or stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with team members to collect and analyze data.
  • Creates visual data with graphs, infographics and other methods.
  • Supports KPIs development to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
  • Structures large data sets to find usable information.
  • Processes information with a team and other associates.
  • Crafts presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
  • Responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining product Epicor ERP system data.

Stays current with upgrades and research improvement of ERP systems based on best practices and business needs to train end users.

  • Develop training programs and workshops for current and new users.
  • Develop “How To” training guides for end users.
  • Runs and share operation system reports with department heads and leads.
  • Ensure the security of data, ERP access, and backup systems are maintained.
  • Effective in a team environment and able to plan and coordinate activities.
  • Skilled in effectively listening and communicating tactfully verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Supports long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals.
  • Standardizes best practices across areas of support and continuous improvements.
  • Adheres to and enforces company policies and procedures.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution/college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or Systems Management and 5 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

 

  • Skilled at designing and maintaining databases and data systems.
  • Proficient with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment and understanding of product life cycle is required.
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance. Specifically, ERP systems
  • Ability to train department staff in the utilization of ERP systems and transmit ideas in a comprehensible way to employees with different educational backgrounds.
  • Strong knowledge of creating, Dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Production, Shipping, Quality and Warehouse, Finance, Costing, Pricing, MRP, Sales, Inventory, etc.
  • Experience in a comparable position, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
