POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintaining smooth and patient-centered care for clients receiving services from the Crisis Response Division, as well as maintaining Division databases.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to and direct calls to the appropriate staff and/or department from community partners and other agency staff while engaging with callers with a kind, caring, and positive attitude.
- Compile Behavioral Health Division program data in a report summarizing information requested by Chief Officer of Behavioral Health. In addition, this position will support reporting needs for programs.
- Alert clinicians and prescribers when documentation is required.
- Scan paper documents over to responsible Care Associate or attach to appropriate participant ECR record and collaborate with other staff to ensure all documents are sent for credentialing.
- Order office supplies for all programs within the Behavioral Health Division.
- Maintain and support each programs on call schedule.
- Assist with the onboarding of Behavioral Health Division staff to ensure all supplies, sign on, and systems are set up for new staff.
- Review and distribute all incoming faxes and mail for Division.
- Maintain email distribution lists specific to Behavioral Health Division.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Requires an Associates degree (Bachelors preferred)
- Three years of related experience
- Requisite education and experience
