FABRICATION PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - Nights - 12 hrs

Supervises and coordinates the activities of the production department in setting up and operation of production machines in the production of aluminum extrusion parts; develop and implement quality systems (QS9000 and TS16949) and audits; trains workers by explaining and demonstrating work methods and techniques in accordance with quality systems; schedules production within specific cost and quality standards.

Job Related Functions:

• Supervisory and organizational skills; computer and mechanical skills; knowledge of production process and properties of non-ferrous metals (preferred)

• Observes OSHA, EPA and Company rules and regulations concerning personal safety.

• Exposed to temperature extremes.

• Enforces company policies.

• Responsible for Kaizen and 5S.

Educational Requirements:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

• 7-10 years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
