General Purpose:
The Sales Representative I is responsible for building and maintaining positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty and dealer reputation. Customer engagement, achieving sales and margin targets, along with coordinating cross-functional teamwork to support customers will be a must. This is a regional role with the opportunity to work with customers regardless of the location they conduct parts and service business. The Sales Representative I Reports to the Region Sales Manager.

- Achieve targeted and agreed upon sales goal (volume and margin)
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships – to strengthen customer loyalty and dealer reputation.
- Continually improve personal selling capabilities – to respond to customer needs in a more effective manner.
- Actively identifies, seeks, and obtains new prospects.
- Review and implement technology solutions that create immediate and long-term results.
- Share information, solutions, and ideas that challenge the customer’s thinking leveraging ROI, productivity, and efficiency data.
- Effectively follows and supports AVE-PLP's sales process, including follow-up and timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and used equipment listing pictures and information.
- Maintain a regional customer list and ensure scheduled and consistent customer contacts leveraging the HUB.
- Maintain a working knowledge of used equipment values, effectively describe equipment condition, and share ownership to ensure a competitive and profitable future sale for both salespeople and the company at a competitive price.
- Coordinate, engage, and communicate with Store Managers, Parts, and Service to support customer needs.
- Communicate with Product Innovation and Product Support to deliver equipment and technology performance and optimization data.
- Plan and document customer interactions and meetings leveraging the HUB.
- Performs other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of AVE-PLP.
