Our Ag Tech Student programs offer a hands-on learning opportunity to develop skills in diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and rebuilding equipment that will keep our growers moving forward. Students will gain hands-on experience both in school and at one of our dealership locations during on-the-job training rotations. During these rotations you will be working alongside some of the most skilled and knowledgeable technicians in the industry. - Learns from the Service Technicians how to deal with real customers who need their equipment fixed correctly and in a timely matter
