Purpose:

This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and effective advertising of used and new non-Deere equipment for HTI. By managing equipment listings, coordinating photos and videos, supporting wholesale processes, and collaborating with sales teams, this position drives visibility, organization, and market readiness of inventory. The purpose is to maximize exposure, maintain data accuracy, and support sales efforts through consistent marketing, advertising, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the transfer of all used equipment to advertising for HTI by creating MFPRO listings as soon as stock numbers are generated, utilizing appropriate “on-farm” or “coming soon” photos
  2. Advertise new non-Deere equipment in MFPRO; routinely audit active listings and promptly remove sold units
  3. Ensure timely removal of sold equipment from advertising platforms and accurately report values to internal and external partners
  4. Convert and upload videos into Vimeo format for MFPRO using Expert Connect
  5. Organize and maintain advertising photos, ensuring equipment images are updated once cleaned and retail-ready photos are provided by sales staff
  6. Fulfill weekly TractorHouse advertising and marketing requests for HTI, including the preparation of three ads
  7. Provide accurate data reporting related to aging inventory and used market adjustments to support the Used Equipment Manager
  8. Assist with e-sales activities and ensure effective digital support across platforms
  9. Learn and support the IVT Evaluation process as needed
  10. Perform additional responsibilities and special projects assigned by the Used Equipment Manager

 

Qualifications

 

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Relevant experience in ag-related position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Technology skills to interface internally and externally with John Deere systems
  • Time management skills to be effective in the vital goal areas
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure
  • Creative and eager to learn
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Works in a standard office environment, including consistently viewing a computer monitor and using keyboard/mouse
  • Physical requirements include occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs.
