Required Education, Training & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition and interviewing experience required, preferably in healthcare.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
- Familiarity with EEO, ADA, and employment laws/regulations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paycom preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of job posting platforms and professional networking sites (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn).

- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- High level of accuracy in data management, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidates, resolve challenges, and make sound hiring decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities, evolving hiring needs, and industry trends.
Work Location: This is a hybrid role with remote work flexibility; occasional travel to Mt. Vernon, Anacortes, and Bellingham is required to support the hiring process and attend in-person meetings
