Required Education

Required Experience
- Proven experience (3+ years) in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, deductions, and tax regulations.

- Payroll Experience: Proven experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, deductions, and tax regulations.
- Knowledge of Payroll Legislation: Familiarity with applicable city, state, provincial, and federal payroll laws and regulations.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve payroll-related inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Paycom software is a plus.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: HR and payroll experience in a healthcare delivery setting is preferred.
- Educational Background: An Associate of Arts degree, including courses in accounting, business, or related fields, is preferred.
- Payroll and Benefits Experience: Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration is preferred.
- Software Knowledge: Working knowledge of Paycom or similar payroll software is preferred.

Physical Demands
