Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Education
- Degree in Human Resources and or Business Administration's.
- Human Resources and HR Law Course.
Required Experience
- Four or more years in benefits administration, human resources or related areas.
- Experience in payroll administration related to leave and benefit analysis.
- Familiarity with various employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plan.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws such as ERISA, ACA, FMLA and ADA.
Required Licenses and Certifications
- HRIS or benefits administration certification.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with benefit administration software of benefit administration via HRIS system.
- Customer Service Orientation, provision of excellent customer service to employees, managers and business partners.
- Attention to Detail and ability to provide accurate benefit administration related to recordkeeping, benefits reconciliation and compliance management.
- Analyze data related to benefits such as cost and projection. Knowledge in excel to include pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Understanding of employee needs in order to enhance an employee's work experience.
- Promote an empathetic culture and foster a positive and supportive work culture that reinforces the organization commitment to an employee's well-being.

Physical Demands
