Job Summary:
The Operations Support Coordinator will help optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards. The Support Coordinator will help assemble the Optimization Department’s organization and help with troubleshooting and problem-solving operational issues. They will champion access to care operations and other operational and administrative duties for the Operations Department. This position will help the operations team support the flow of patients through different areas of the Sanitas health care ecosystem.

- Supports the management of day-to-day operational initiatives with measurable outcomes while formulating objectives, goals, and strategies collaboratively with other stakeholders.
- Supports access to care operations and operational duties for the operations department.
- Helps to prepare reports for operational leadership highlighting progress towards attaining goals and objectives and facilitates the meetings.
- Assists in identifying operational inefficiencies and develops the change strategies for successful optimization of workflows, processes and protocols--leading into implementation.
- Adheres to a patient centered and positive, healthy work environment.
- Collaborates, coordinates, and communicates closely with the entire Optimization Department, Implementation and Deployment department, Process Improvement Teams, Project Management teams, Business + Data Analyst teams and other departments as it fits.
- Attends huddles, and supports to implement performance improvement or lean initiatives related to operational workflows and processes.
- Supports assessment of all services, helps identify problems, utilizes data to analyze and proposes innovative approaches for solutions.
- Assists Operations teams with patient care activities as directed.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Ensures that standard workflows and proposed protocols and procedures are followed to ensure success of daily operations.
- Supports all centers, nationally, as needed to ensure continuity of operational excellence.
- Coordinates the division’s office organization and aids with patient care activities.

- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified and related work experience at a hospital or health system preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of eClinicalWorks preferred.
