Job Summary

The Operations Learning & Deployment Manager is responsible for the overall Operational training, deployment and Implementation program at Sanitas Medical Centers to assure administrative and operational staff understand processes, workflows, systems functionalities, procedures, and responsibilities and are well versed and trained on their specific roles.  

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for planning, designing, developing, and implementing training content and materials for front desk and management personnel.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions with specific groups as needed.
  • Train all administrative and operational about responsibilities, duties, processes and EMR use.
  • Design and improve all required elements to perform trainings and learning programs.
  • Works with other areas of the organization such as Billing, referrals or patient experience, IT and others to assist with updates, validation, and implementation of training material.
  • Keep up to date about the administrative and operational roles and functions
  • Contributes to the development and schedule of training plans for the administrative and operational team
  • Identify administrative and operational super users at the different locations who will constantly support the training of new hires.
  • Develop and conduct training overviews and attend\s training change communication events.
  • Work on schedules for on-site visits and hands-on training and rounds throughout all locations to identify training needs.
  • Develop action plans to support and address training needs and challenges. 
  • Schedules refreshers sessions for all admin support staff to go over workflows, processes and EMR use.
  • Is able to identify super users at the different locations and uses the train the trainer methodology
  • Maintain constant communication with the Executive team and reports on training progress weekly and monthly.
  • Establish learning network with all identified super users
  • Attend eClinicalWorks workshops to stay up to date with the latest upgrades when needed.
  • Work with trainers to assist with the development, validation, and updating of training materials.
  • Assist with the build, configuration, and testing of training environments.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures for all areas of training responsibility.
  • Complete all assigned project tasks and requirements within designated timelines.
  • Maintain constant communication and reports on training progress.
  • Responsible for onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Drive the QA process to ensure the final product is accurate and complete.
  • Conduct team meetings to discuss training related changes, communications, updates and improvements.
  • Coordinate with locations a schedule with onsite training and refresher schedule.
  • Follow established KPIs for the department
  • Perform other duties as required by management

Required Education

  • Relevant degree or any other job-related vocational coursework.

Required Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the medical field.

Physical Demands
