Job Summary

The Digital Health Operations Manager will be fully dedicated to prioritizing digital developments, programs and services creating the opportunity across multiple disciplinary teams to improve the patient's experience across the patient's journey.

  • Project Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day digital service operations and be an expert source of knowledge about the program attributes, operational trends, analytical needs and challenges.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital health projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate digital developments and structure across all departments.
  • Business Development: Working with a multidisciplinary team, the individual will initially lead activities to build operational processes that will enable successful engagement with key programs.
  • Strategic Planning: Supporting the implementation of digital health service planning across departments.
  • Program Expansion: Support our health plans and customers to achieve success during the program implementation and life cycle.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships within our healthcare organizations, technology providers, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department

Required Education

  • BA/BS Degree of healthcare, business or related fields.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of healthcare practice.

 

Required Licenses and Certifications

  • N/A.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on driving positive outcomes.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
