SUMMARY
Over the ages, culture has been shaped by the arts, and the arts have been shaped by the church. At St. Andrew’s, we believe that the creative arts can still play an integral role in shaping the culture in which we live. To that end, we are seeking an innovative and passionate Director to lead the St. Andrew’s Creative Institute (SACI). The Director of SACI will provide leadership, strategic direction, and engagement of the congregation and community in the exploration of faith through creative disciplines such as music, dance, theater, art, and technical production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all aspects of SACI development and growth including both new and existing program offerings, curriculum, lesson plans and scheduling.

Recruit and manage program instructors.

Develop and manage program budget.
