Description

· Design and execute world-class plated desserts that elevate the dining experience

· Lead pastry production for tasting menus, à la carte, and private events

· Collaborate closely with our Executive Chef on seasonal menus and culinary innovation

· Oversee pastry kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency

· Mentor and train junior pastry staff in technique, presentation, and excellence

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in a fine dining atmosphere

· Deep knowledge of classical and modern pastry techniques

· A portfolio of visually stunning and technically precise desserts

· Passion for sourcing quality ingredients and telling stories through flavor

· Strong leadership, organization, and a meticulous eye for detail
