SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
Under the supervision of the Chief Business Development Officer, with assistance of the Marketing Coordinator/s. the intern will assist with various administrative, marketing and business development data driven objectives to receive a professional, meaningful and practical work-related experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shadow various programmatic and operational functions to learn more about the company and the industry.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of programs.
- Participate in opportunities to engage different populations, advertising and promoting the company through various mediums. These would include, but not be limited to, outreach fairs, fundraising functions, lunch and learns, office visits, social media development, website evaluation/performance.Â
- Participate in community events
- Engage in data and outcome measures to assess effectiveness, productivity markers
- Learn overall healthcare related topics to include, but not limited to customer service, infrastructure development and measurement (800#, website forms, Google analytics, SEO, etc.
- Performs market research and analysis.Â
- Help research opportunities to coordinate with Dominion Talent Development Reps to promote the Dominion brand and create hiring pipelines with the community.Â
- Assist marketing team to launch new programs/services (market studies, planning, implementation, investigation, outcome tracking, etc.).
- Help develop marketing campaigns for new products and services. This includes formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan to include the ROI on all marketing efforts.Â
- Assist in developing brochures or other print or electronic ads to market corporate services.
- Assist in finding ways to leverage technology to better advertise our business/brand. (ex. Google Ads, LinkedIn, FB, etc).Â
- Assist with public speaking to volunteer organizations and community partners regarding public relations, marketing, and development.
- Monitor and oversee the Dominion website and social media platforms, ensuring user pathways for clients and candidates for employment are user-friendly and efficient.
- Help with the administration of all social media platforms, finding, creating and posting content. Looking for engagement opportunities to promote all services through social media.
