Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in business aircraft management, flight operations, airlines, or charter operations.
- Strong knowledge of flight operations under Part 135 or Part 121 regulations.
- Experience in flight operations’ safety management and aviation safety programs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, aviation management, or related field.
- Experience in developing data-driven solutions and implementing change management strategies.
- FAA credentials, such as: 1) Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, or Airline Transport Pilot certificate, 2) Mechanic certificate, or 3) Aircraft Dispatcher certificate.
