Position Summary

The Maintenance Quoter reports to the Director of Aircraft Maintenance Operations and is responsible for producing service quotes and maintenance proposals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate, process, format and distribute maintenance quotes.

• Collect cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.

• Price Labor and Parts for the quote process including updating all quotes files with correct information.

• Consult with technicians, supervisors, managers, administrators, and sales to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

• Prepare estimates for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.

• Prepare scope letters and proposals.

• Track win/loss quote rates and manage quoting queue.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Aircraft Maintenance Operations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager of MRO Services.

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to operate designated technology devices and programs.

• Ability to work in the designated office and its environment as well as indoor and outdoor environments within airports including airside facilities, landside facilities, and terminal buildings.

• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders in a variety of small and large group settings.

• If needed, must have a reasonable space to work from home/remotely with appropriate office set up.

• Ability to work extended hours and in a flex schedule to meet the demands of the position.

• Able to comply with any and all safety requirements necessary to perform the job safely.

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.

Required Education and Experience

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of experience in corporate aviation preferred.
