Position Overview:Â
Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a dedicated Programs Assistant to join our team! The Programs Assistant will work closely with the CFRS staff on a wide variety of tasks/projects (responsibilities are detailed below). The Programs Assistant will be involved in aspects of running adult rec soccer leagues, facility operations, and program development. The majority of the day-to-day focus will be on the successful running of CFRS programs, including managing leagues, tournaments, pickups, and social events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to the needs of CFRS customers while at the Endeavor Health Fire Pitch
- Assist CFRS with the development of new soccer programming.
- Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale facility events.
- Occasionally run pickups (7am, noon, and or night)
- Serve as a Manager on Duty at CFRS facilities and partner facilities across the Chicagoland Area
- Provide excellent and attentive customer service to all Chicago Fire Football Club customers
- Serve as support to CFRS events such as tournaments and satellite leagues
- Organize and maintain CFRS equipment
- Completion of other duties as assigned
