Position Overview:Â
Chicago Fire FC is seeking an accomplished and strategic Director, Premium Sales to lead the vision, execution, and growth of the Club’s premium ticketing business. With ownership over a $3M revenue goal, this leader will oversee a high-performing team of senior sellers, drive suite and premium product strategy, and help shape the premium experience for our most valued clients.

This role reports to the VP, Ticket Sales, Service & Operations and is based at our downtown Chicago office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead premium revenue strategy and execution across annual suites, single-match suites, all-inclusive clubs, and Fieldside Seats.
- Directly manage a team of senior-level sellers.
- Serve as a visible, client-facing leader — attending major appointments, negotiating complex deals, and representing the Club at high-impact events and matches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Strategy & Analytics, Partnerships, Operations, and Premium Service to maximize lead generation, deal flow, and product alignment.
- Drive outbound strategy and activity for the premium team, providing coaching, pipeline oversight, and team enablement.
- Lead the planning and execution of premium prospecting and client engagement events, including executive dinners and matchday activations.
- Deliver regular forecasts, revenue pacing, and pipeline analytics to executive leadership.
- Contribute to product and pricing strategy for suite and premium inventory in preparation for the new stadium and long-term growth.
- Represent the Club at Chicagoland corporate, networking, and community events to build brand visibility and drive premium relationships.
