Primary responsibility is to shuttle guests and team members while prioritizing the safety of passengers and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Obey all traffic rules and regulations.
- Inspect van on a daily basis.
- Inspect van weekly for tire wear and all mechanical fluid levels.
- Ability to use handheld radio effectively and maintain communication at all times.
- Assist guests at loading & unloading zones.
- Provide shuttle service for employees.
- Greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer general questions and provide information regarding the Resort.
- Respond to guests’ requests in a swift, efficient and appropriate manner.
- Sitting in a vehicle for long periods of time. Working long hours as needed or necessary. Getting in and out of vehicle often during the shift.
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry and report deadlines, employee may be required to work varying schedules to meet the business needs of the hotel and report deadlines. This may include weekends and holidays.
