What You Will Do:

Attain Partners is searching for a Change Management Consultant who can effectively lead and manage change activities surrounding technology implementations for higher education institutions and non-profits.

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities by leveraging Prosci processes, tools, and templates that creates a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by projects/initiatives.
  • Develop, support and execute communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Identify and assess change impacts by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Develop, support, and execute training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Prepare stakeholder engagement and training plans that align with technology implementation and is comprehensive of all stakeholders
  • Manage all change activities throughout all stages of implementation
  • Demonstrate change management expertise related to technology implementations in a higher education setting is ideal
  • Perform stakeholder and change impact assessments
  • Demonstrate experience in effectively managing change at an organization

 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
  • Create actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Resistance Management Plan
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coach people managers and supervisors
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level
  • Manage the change portfolio

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading change management workstreams for Salesforce CRM technology implementations
  • Demonstrate high quality analytical and problem solving skills within time and organizational boundaries
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a project team
  • Ability to travel nationwide, if needed
  • Demonstrates ability to stay current in certifications, training and industry trends and practices
  • Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience
  • Experience with managing and leading times

 

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Experience supporting sales and business development

 

Years of Experience: 5+ Years
 

Certifications: 

  • Prosci Change Management Certification, a plus but not required

 

Minimum Education Required:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Master's Degree preferred

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $70,000 - $115,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
