Sales Operations Analyst

• Develop and submit accurate quotes/contracts for aerospace bearings in accordance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, accounting, and production teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely quote delivery.
• Analyze customer RFQs (Request for Quotes) to determine scope of work, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Utilize ERP software to generate detailed and professional proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material costs, labor rates, and industry pricing trends.
• Identify and communicate potential risks or challenges associated with quotes to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quoting processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, data analytics, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing quoting or a related role.
• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proficiency in quoting software and Epicor ERP systems.
