- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA or equivalent certification (strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with non-profit financial operations (preferred).
- Expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
