Job Summary: The Certified Commercial Driver (CDL) responsible for safely and efficiently operating a flatbed truck to transport sprinkler materials to local and out-of-state job sites. Utilizes professional driving credentials and extensive knowledge of commercial transportation regulations to ensure compliant and timely material delivery. Holds a valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements required for heavy equipment and specialized freight transportation.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive flatbed truck delivering sprinkler material to local and out of town job sites
  • Pull orders in shop, shrink wrap pallets and load truck for delivery
  • Assist Warehouse Supervisor as needed
  • Other Duties As Assigned 

 

 

 

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • High School Diploma/ GED, required
  • Class “A” CDL / Hazmat, or able to acquire upon employment, required
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Ability to regularly lift/load up to 50 lbs.

 

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
  • Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer
  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.  The associate frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
