Job Summary: We’re looking for an organized and energetic Service Coordinator to support our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with service managers and technicians, helping to schedule and coordinate services like inspections, repairs, and maintenance. You’ll also be the go-to contact for our customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage daily service activities for technicians
  • Communicate with customers about service timelines and updates.
  • Monitor technician progress and keep customers informed of any changes.
  • Assist with paperwork, including inspection documentation and work orders.
  • Resolve any issues that arise with customer satisfaction or job progress.
  • Help identify potential opportunities for additional services.
  • Support sales teams when quotes or additional services are needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a business setting.
  • Experience in a service-related role, ideally within life safety, security, or communications.
  • Great communication skills – you're confident talking to customers and coworkers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using computer systems like Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience with CRM software
