Program Description:
Graham Windham’s Human Resources (HR) focuses on one of the organization’s most important asset—its employees. The department ensures all employees are satisfied, engaged and have all the resources required to perform their duties. In addition, the department is responsible for maintaining the organization's personnel, employee relations and workplace culture. This team manages recruiting, hiring, firing, training, skills development, policy implementation, benefits, payroll, government regulation, legal compliance and safety and often moderates and helps resolve conflicts and concerns between employees.
Principal Objective/Role Overview:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition develops sustainable candidate led strategies to increase interest in open positions. They regularly attend seminars, conferences, job fairs and other industry events to network with other professionals and develop relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in customer satisfaction. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning, as appropriate.
- Manage the maintenance and execution of current job descriptions and, in partnership with HR’s compensation team, salaries and total rewards for all roles.
- Helps create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the Graham Windham’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and, specifically its anti-black racism vision priority.
- Conduct presentations and training.
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Lead the recruitment of full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start.
- Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of the Talent and hiring teams, and co-create agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.
- Work closely with the HRIS and Business Operations teams to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coaches, develops and supports direct reports; helps model and advance the organization’s pillars (Respect, Grow, Thrive and Lead) and vision priorities.
