Responsibilities:
- Provide scheduling, communication, and task management for executives
- Manage complex administrative duties, including reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate office operations and improve administrative processes
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting executive leadership
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verb4al communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance and certificates of insurance is a plus
