Summary: Supports the rental sales team by programming, fulfilling, shipping, receiving and maintaining inventory control of all rental equipment.

- Programs Motorola 2-way radios, repeaters, network switches, LTE devices, satellite phones, and hotspots
- Supports and assists other rental operations and sales teams to fulfill customer orders nationwide
- Transfers equipment to other Day Wireless shops as needed
- Maintains and cleans rental inventory
- Processes equipment repairs and warranties
- Processes rental returns
- Assists customers and team with equipment questions and troubleshooting
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical guides and processes
- Capable of working under time constraints
- Ability to manage multiple incoming and outgoing customer orders and deadlines
- Performs inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory
- Pack, seal, and label materials to prepare for shipping in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
- Occasional local onsite customer setup and delivery
- Provides exemplary customer service and professionalism when interfacing with customers and team
- Exceptional organization skills, and is detail oriented
- Other duties as assigned.
