As Corporate Legal Counsel reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, you will provide comprehensive legal support across all operations of The TXG Group. Your expertise will be essential in handling complex legal matters spanning aviation, logistics, asset management, and maintenance services. Strong writing skills and the ability to draft precise and clear legal documents are critical for success in this position.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
· Provide legal support to all business units within The TXG Group, including the cargo airline, cargo logistics, maintenance facilities, asset management, and corporate holding companies.
· Draft clear, concise legal documents, correspondence, and reports to support business operations.
· Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including leases, purchase and sale agreements, service contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and financing documents.
· Advise on regulatory compliance requirements related to aerospace and aviation, including FAA and other relevant authorities.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, marketing, HR, and senior management to deliver practical and strategic legal advice.
· Manage relationships with outside counsel.
· Conduct legal research and keep abreast of regulatory changes affecting The TXG Group.
· Lead or assist with internal investigations regarding compliance, misconduct, or disputes.
· Handle additional matters as directed by the Chief Legal Officer.
