Job Title: eClinical Support Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for an eClinical Support Specialist to join our team and provide day-to-day support for our electronic health record and practice management systems, including eClinicalWorks (eCW), HST, and VascuNote. In this role, you will work closely with our billing and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate data flow, and timely resolution of system issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer skills and an interest in healthcare IT to grow their expertise while working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for staff using eClinicalWorks, HST, and VascuNote.
• Assist with setting up new users, updating fee schedules, and monitoring provider records.
• Support the creation and maintenance of templates, forms, and reports within the systems.
• Collaborate with team members on projects to improve workflows and system efficiency.
• Help troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to senior staff or vendors when needed.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IT/software systems; prior exposure to EMR/EHR platforms a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn eClinicalWorks, HST, and VascuNote.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable to a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Salary: Based on experience

Schedule

• Standard 8-hour shift
