MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree or years of experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or integrated marketing.
- Experience with marketing software (i.e., Surefire, CMS software, Adobe, HubSpot, Constant Contact, SEO, and other digital marketing tools)
- Domain skills in understanding UI/UX best practices.
- Problem solver to develop ways to improve user experience and drive desired action.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to utilize best practices to automate, integrate, and maintain system optimization
- Proficiency in content management systems to build digital product pages and optimize conversion.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to effectively multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachlor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing or Operations Management.
- Relevant certifications in marketing, operations management, or related areas are advantageous.
- Administrator of marketing systems at a financial services entity
