QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education requirement:
- Terminal doctoral degree in business, education, public administration, nonprofit management, leadership or a related field
- Years of experience:
- 5-10 years of progressively responsible experiences in higher education, academic administration, or international education
- Knowledge of:
- Curriculum support and student success software and systems.
- Scholarly journal peer-review process
- Skills and abilities:
- Proficiency with learning management systems and educational technologies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong writing and editing skills and publication record
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
- Strong people, inter-cultural, and cross-cultural skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and APA style guide
- Proficiency in AI tools and digital technology a plus
- Linguistic abilities beyond English a plus
