POSITION SUMMARY
Ravenswood Family Health Network (RFHN) is a federally funded non-profit primary care health center network providing over 70,000 medical, dental and specialty visits/year and another 25,000 enabling services at our network of clinics in East Palo Alto, Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale, California. RFHN offers care to people of all ages living in South San Mateo County and Santa Clara County, regardless of ability to pay. As a multi-cultural community health center, its goal is to provide excellent health services and to eliminate cultural and language barriers to health by providing bilingual medical staff and health education services.
RFHN is seeking qualified Family Practice and Internal Medicine Physicians to provide primary care to RFHN patients for 24-40 hours per week (0.6 to 1.0 FTE). This position is ambulatory with no inpatient rounding duties. The new provider will join an experienced team of 9 physicians and 11 advanced practice providers (5 FNP, 4 PA) located across our 4 clinic sites.
Exact schedule dependent on FTE and provider availability within regular clinic operating hours from Mondays through Thursdays 8AM-7PM, Fridays 8AM-5PM, and Saturdays 8AM-1PM. Family Medicine providers participate in outpatient calls according to FTE. Additionally, there is the possibility of partial coverage at an additional network site. Our East Palo Alto location includes onsite Family Medicine, Women’s Health, Dental, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology (XR, US, mammography), Optometry, Behavioral Health, Chiropractic, Podiatry, and Social Work.

MD or DO salary range $240,000 - $313,625 annually, commensurate with years of experience post Board Certification.
